Dixie McCord joined Pathway Insurance Agency in 2005 and has been an agent for 30 years. In 1990 she obtained her CISR designation from the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. She currently holds her property and casualty, life, health, accident and sickness and crop insurance licenses. Her primary role is to consult and assist new and existing customers with all their personal and commercial insurance. Dixie resides outside of Cairo with her husband Todd. She has one daughter and two sons, along with one granddaughter. On her time off she enjoys spending time with her granddaughter, going to the county fairs and volunteering.
Joining Pathway in 2006, Heather Hadenfeldt has held her property and casualty, and life and health licenses since that same year. In 2015, she received her Certified Insurance Counselor designation. Heather graduated from Bellevue University with a bachelor's degree in business administration. Prior to working at Pathway, she worked as an underwriter and benefits plan administrator. Heather enjoys helping insureds solve their financial protection issues. She especially enjoys farm insurance risk management. Heather resides on a farm with her husband Jamie and daughter, Abby who attends college. She enjoys reading, taking care of her animals, and spending time with family.
Kimberly Cyboron has joined Pathway Insurance Agency in Cairo, NE as an insurance agent/customer service representative.
Kim has been a licensed property/casualty and crop insurance agent for over 30 years. Her primary role at Pathway is to consult and assist customers by providing appropriate product solutions for their insurance needs.

Michelle Vogt joined Pathway Insurance Agency in Grand Island, NE in 2016. Michelle holds her property and casualty license as well as life, health, and accident and sickness license. Michelle graduated from the University of Nebraska Lincoln with a bachelor's degree in agriculture education with leadership option and a minor in animal science.
Michelle resides on an acreage outside of Dannebrog with her husband Derek and son Declan. They enjoy showing cattle, spending time outside together and going on trips.
Rachel Pedersen joined Pathway Insurance Agency in Grand Island, NE in 2018. She currently holds her property and casualty license as well as life, health, and accident and sickness license. Her primary role is to write policy's to fit individual client needs with an emphasis on building rapport with customers. Previously, Rachel worked as a store manager for a large retail operation.
Rachel resides in St. Paul with her fiancé and daughter and together they enjoy going on mini road trips, shopping, and going to baseball games.
