Justin Schroeder joined the Pathway Insurance team in December of 2025. He is a licensed Property & Casualty insurance agent who believes great insurance starts with great relationships.
Justin is a husband, dad to four incredible kids, and a big believer in serving the communities in which he lives and work. Before transitioning into insurance, he was a teller at Pathway Bank, spent several years working in a print shop and has also worked as a welder and a restaurant kitchen manager, experiences that made him especially skilled at juggling details and solving problems.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find Justin spending time with his family, watching football, or diving into creative projects that keeps his hands busy and my mind sharp. He is excited to connect and work with you all!
